# Qwen Image

> Base Qwen image model with text-to-image and editing support. See supported inputs, parameters, pricing, response fields, and API examples.

Generate AI images using Qwen Image, the base model in the Qwen image family. Supports text-to-image and image editing via a specialized edit model under the hood.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |

| `prompt` | string | Yes | Text description of the image (max 800 chars) |
| `aspect_ratio` | string | No | `1:1`, `16:9`, `9:16`, `4:3`, `3:4` (default: `1:1`) |
| `image_urls` | array | No | Input image URLs for editing. Omit for text-to-image |
| `negative_prompt` | string | No | What to avoid in the image (max 500 chars) |
| `prompt_extend` | boolean | No | Smart prompt rewriting (default: `true`) |
| `seed` | integer | No | Seed for reproducibility |
| `nsfw_check` | boolean | No | Check uploaded media inputs for NSFW content. Default: `true` |
