# Topaz Bloom 2

## When to use

* AI art, illustrations, and concept images where a richer result beats strict fidelity.
* You want to push an image beyond its original detail and steer it with a prompt.

**Pick something else when:**

* It's an AI-generated photo that should stay photorealistic: use [Bloom Realism](/models/image/topaz-labs/bloom-realism).

  Billed per started block of output megapixels (source size × `upscale_factor`). Maximum output is **256 MP**.
