# Topaz Recover 3

> Generative recovery for badly damaged, blurry, or tiny photos with Topaz Recover 3. See parameters, pricing, and API examples.

Topaz's strongest generative recovery model, for photos most upscalers can't save. Input up to 24 MP.

## When to use

* Badly damaged, very blurry, heavily compressed, or tiny photos (thumbnails, old scans, screenshots).
* Wonder or Redefine didn't recover enough detail.

**Pick something else when:**

* The image is only mildly soft: use [Wonder 3.5](/models/image/topaz-labs/wonder-3.5) (cheaper).
* The source is larger than 24 MP: Recover 3 doesn't accept it; use Wonder 3.5 or Redefine.

  Billed per started block of output megapixels (source size × `upscale_factor`). Maximum output is **256 MP**.

## Parameters
