# Topaz Redefine

> Prompt-guided generative image upscaling with Topaz Redefine. See parameters, pricing, and API examples.

Generative upscaling you can steer. Use `prompt`, `creativity`, and `texture` to control how much detail gets rebuilt and what it looks like.

## When to use

* Blurry or low-detail images where you want control over the result.
* You know what the image should look like and can describe it in a prompt.

**Pick something else when:**

* You want a one-click result: use [Wonder 3.5](/models/image/topaz-labs/wonder-3.5) (cheaper).
* The photo is badly damaged or tiny: use [Recover 3](/models/image/topaz-labs/recover-3).

  Billed per started block of output megapixels (source size × `upscale_factor`). Maximum output is **256 MP**.

## Parameters
