# Grok Imagine Video Edit

> Edit an existing video by URL with xAI Grok Imagine. See parameters, pricing, and API examples.

Edit an existing video with a text instruction using xAI's Grok Imagine. Provide the public URL of the source clip and describe what should change. The output keeps the source clip's length.

## Pricing

Billed per second of generated video plus a per-second charge for the source video. The per-second tier is decided by the source clip's resolution, and the output is as long as the source.

| 720p | \$0.035 | \$0.005 |

Example: editing a 10-second 720p clip costs 10 × $0.035 + 10 × $0.005 = \$0.40.
