Grok Imagine Image 1.0 - Unifically

Generate and edit images using Grok Imagine Image 1.0, the speed-focused Grok image model. The API produces exactly one output image per task. See the Grok Imagine 1.0 Image model overview on unifically.com.

This model was renamed from xai/grok-imagine-image to xai/grok-imagine-1.0-image. The old key keeps working until 2026-11-17 and is disabled after that date — switch to xai/grok-imagine-1.0-image before then. Parameters and prices are unchanged.

Text-to-image and image-edit requests each generate exactly one image. The generation count is fixed and cannot be changed by callers.Providing image_urls changes the operation to image editing but does not switch models. For higher quality, select Grok Imagine 2.0 Image (xai/grok-imagine-2.0-image) explicitly.
